Kinabalu Climbing Package

Day 1

Pickup from the airport or hotel and transfer to Kinabalu National Park. Enjoy scenic view of the countryside dotted with serene villages, the majestic Mount Kinabalu, dreamy valleys and colorful roadside farmer markets as you drive along the Crocker Range.

Brief stop at Nabalu Market where highland and local produces and handicrafts are sold. Check into your base accommodation in Poring Hot Spring.

Day 2

Proceed to Kinabalu National Park HQ. Registration and transfer to Timpohon Gate to start your climb towards Laban Rata. You will pass various vegetation zones and breath-taking views.

Look out for pitcher plants, rare orchids, small mammals and birdlife as you climb along. Dinner and overnight at Panalaban 3272m asl (Laban Rata Resthouse or similar) (Dormitory bed).

Day 3

After an early supper, start climbing towards the summit. Watch the glorious sunrise from Low’s Peak, standing proud at 4,095m (weather permitting).

Enjoy the spectacular view from the peak of Mount Kinabalu before descending to Laban Rata for breakfast. Continue your descent to the foot of the mountain. After lunch at the base, transfer to your hotel in Kota Kinabalu.

Day 4

Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to Jesselton Jetty, proceed for just 15 minutes away boat from Kota Kinabalu town to explore and enjoy the each for the day Mamutik and Manukan Island. Here you will be at leisure for the rest of the day either relaxing and tanning on tropical white sandy beaches or swimming or snorkeling in the crystal clear water.

Enjoy BBQ Lunch at Manukan Island. Late afternoon proceed back to Kota Kinabalu by boat and proceed for shopping. Dinner at Local Restaurant. After dinner, transfer back to you hotel.

Day 5

Breakfast at hotel. Free at leisure until transfer out to Kota Kinabalu International Airport for your flight departure.
